What Happens If the Recipient Is Not Home?
Our couriers aim to deliver your flowers in person with a smile, but we also understand that schedules can be unpredictable. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our protocol is as follows:
- Safe Place: If possible, flowers will be left with a neighbour or securely at the property (porch, garden shed, etc.), weather permitting.
- Delivery Note: A delivery card will be left to inform the recipient where their flowers have been placed, or how to arrange redelivery.
- Redelivery: If no suitable safe place is available, we will attempt to redeliver at a later time or the next day at no extra cost within our service area.
